No Returns PolicyDue to the sensitive and temperature-controlled nature of research peptides, Southern Labs® is unable to accept returns once an order has been dispatched. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect OrdersIf your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the specifications on the Certificate of Analysis, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@southernlabs.com.au with your order reference, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Lost in TransitIf your order does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.
